Since 2021, we have trained young people across Latin America in coding and artificial intelligence with Samsung, and we stay with them until they land their first job, working alongside Panama's Ministry of Labor.
We run employment programs funded by companies and by government, with clear targets, outcome tracking and regular reporting to every funder.
Implementing partner for Samsung Innovation Campus since 2021. Six cohorts delivered, and in 2026 we were selected again through a competitive process to run the program in seven countries.
Training partner for My First Job since August 2024: 31 groups trained on our platform, with regular statistical reports to the Ministry.
Every funder receives reports on attendance, coursework, certification and student-level alerts, plus a final outcomes report.

My First Job (Mi Primer Empleo) is the Government of Panama's program that gives young people ages 17 to 24 their first paid work experience (Law 121 of 2019). In partnership with the Ministry of Labor, FUNDESTEAM trains participants in workplace skills on its online platform before they start at their host companies.

Our internship platform brings together graduate profiles and openings from partner companies, and tracks each young person through to hiring.
Building on the experience we have gained over the years, we are bringing together a broad alliance of public universities, chambers of commerce and the Ministry of Labor: a one-year program for each cohort that supports every young person through to their first income.
16 weeks of training in coding, artificial intelligence and building solutions, followed by support through month 12 until participants earn their first income.
Universities co-design and co-certify the program and open their computer labs; chambers of commerce and the Ministry of Labor bring the job openings.
Young people ages 18 to 25 from public universities and technical institutes, from verified low-income households, with priority for first-generation college students.
Program targets are being designed with public universities, chambers of commerce and the Ministry of Labor. We are looking for founding partners.
We'll walk you through the results of each program and design the kind of support that best fits your organization's goals.
