She is an Electronic Engineer and works as a Curriculum and Educational Technology liaison for the Ministry of Education of Panama. She teaches at the higher education level in Panama Oeste. Her goal is to improve her performance in the STEAM area in order to provide better tools to her students. This is her testimony:

"Applying the strategies of Scientific Inquiry, Challenge-Based Learning, Game-Based Learning and Gamification, Project-Based Learning, we get the tools to prepare students, so that they can face real-world challenges, cultivating essential skills for life and work in the 21st century. As educators, our task is to inspire and guide students on their journey of discovery, encouraging them to think critically and to be active agents of their own learning. By applying this methodology in the classroom, we challenge them to pose questions, seek answers and develop solutions, thus fostering their critical and creative thinking skills and enabling them to apply their knowledge in meaningful ways. In this way students are empowered to become active researchers, curious and self-learners."
